In October 2015, Jesse Lopes, Sebastian Lyons, Shazeeda Ameerally and Alex Jahn spent about 2 weeks in Brasilia, Brazil catching Fork-tailed Flycatchers and monitoring their nests. The region was experiencing strong drought conditions and the birds appeared to be delaying their breeding schedule.
